The factory is established in a total open area of 122.000 m2. The facility has a total indoor area of 42.000 m2, where approximately 15.000 tons of read meat is manufactured annually.
Ettat Meat, with a project launched in 2011, has realized the monitoring system for all products from the farm to the fork with its Traceability system, which is owned by a few companies in Turkey.

MANUFACTURE AND TECHNOLOGY
The animals slaughtered at the slaughterhouse which is integrated with the manufacturing facility are cooled down to 2-4°C in 24-36 hours using the gradual cooling system. Ovine carcasses are directly moved to the raw material storage room, and bovine carcasses are move to here after the quartering process. In line with the manufacturing plan, carcasses are transferred to the meat chopping lines.
Ettat Meat Products is a holder of IFS, BRC, ISO 22000 quality and food safety system certificates and product and service competence certificates of Turkish Standards Institute. These standards are applied at all manufacturing phases at the facility.
All raw materials and excipients are automatically and instantly monitored from input to output through the retrospective traceability system. The products are controlled via microbiological and chemical analyses conducted at independent laboratories which are acknowledged by international chain markets.
