SLAUGHTERHOUSE

Our slaughterhouse which has been operating with a class 1 combine since 2010, has a daily capacity of slaughtering 750 bovine and 3000 ovine animals. The slaughterhouse, which is established with modern technologies, operates every day except for Sunday.

The slaughtering process is handled by expert butchers in line with halal slaughtering principles. The meat after slaughtering is cooled down to 2-4°C in 24-36 hours in hygienic conditions at advanced technology cooling rooms. All slaughtering and storage processes are carefully monitored.
